How It Works

When a Real Estate Agency signs up for either an Individual Listing, or Monthly Plan and requests a property destination microsite to be built:

Stargazer Digital will design and develop a custom built template for your Agency, that matches branding and company aesthetic. This template will be used for all microsites requested by that particular Agency.

The Agency must provide Stargazer with the content for the microsite: a description, property photos (up to 10), a PDF floorplan, and the contact details of the listing Agent(s), including email address for where the enquiry form should direct submissions.

The team at Stargazer will register a domain name (by default, the property address - for example: 123beachrdportmelbourne.com.au - unless something else is requested) and get cracking on building out the property microsite. Stargazer aims to deliver a complete site that is ready for publishing with 5 business days (if there are any delays, such as unplanned illness, we will notify Clients and provide a revised timeline).

On approval by the Agency contact and/or listing Agent, Stargazer will publish the microsite out to the domain name. Stargazer will host the microsite for the Agency until the property has sold - we request notification of sale within 3 business days of contracts being signed. Once sold, Stargazer is willing to transfer the domain name to the purchaser of the property, or allow it to lapse (we ask that the Agents advise the desired course of action).

LuxeHomesOnline is a digital marketing and design service provided by Stargazer Digital (or 'Stargazer' or 'we' or 'us').

Stargazer Digital will design, build and host a real estate microsite for the purposes of marketing properties that are for sale on behalf of a real estate agency client ('Client').

The Client agrees to provide us all information about the property, photographs and floor plans in a timely manner upon requesting a microsite build. Stargazer endeavours to deliver a complete microsite within 5 business days. QR Code stickers are provided by a 3rd party supplier, and may experience delivery delays. These are outside of Stargazer's control, and therefore we cannot be held liable for those delays.

For Clients on a monthly plan, a dashboard will be provided in order to track progress of microsite builds and remaining monthly microsite credits (1 credit = 1 microsite).

Unused monthly credits will roll over to the next month only, with the maximum microsite credits per Client being eight (8) at any one time. The exception is for Clients who have signed up to multiple monthly plans, in order to request more than 4 microsites per calendar month. In this instance, the maximum amount of credits corresponds to two (2) months worth of the Client's total. Please note: refunds will not be issued for expired/unused monthly credits.

Please note: microsites follow an agreed-upon template design that will be designed and hand built before an client's first microsite is delivered, and that is unique per agency. Any alterations to the core template after agreement will be billed at $110 per hour.
